On august 5 I was halfway going up north when I heard a loud noise on my jeep. Pulled into kocourek Chrysler in Stevens Point. Greeted outside by Tim who listened and took me back to the service department by Ben. So friendly and knowledgeable. Had me on the road in half hour. The lug nuts were loose on my car. Very nice experience working with Vinny and Jay. Fastest transaction ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. We were debating on several different makes and models of vans and decided on the Pacifica. Just returned from a trip (one week old and 2300 miles) and our MPG was 30.3!!! Still trying to learn all the bells and whistles, but enjoying it immensely.
