Dahl service representative Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable and cared about getting our Jeep Cherokee repaired. The folks at Dahl are always great to ha. We purchased two 2024 Pacifica vans on one year. One we shipped to our house in California and the other one is here in Wisconsin. Dahl always seems to k ow that we were recent customers and treats us as celebrities. They embody what I think of as a smaller-town dealership that deeply appreciates their customers and has the time for them.
I came from Neenah to Stevens Point Dahl Chrysler to look at a truck and if all was good i was anticipating driving home with it. Salesman Alec Diamond went out of his way to prepare the truck in short notice and have it in A+ shape upon my arrival. All went well and I drove my truck home that afternoon. I cannot thank the team at Dahl Chrysler enough for listening to me and delivering on a short notice. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality,friendly, fast service. The engine on our 2020 Jeep Cherokee locked up due to the piston etc. Very thankful to David in Service who went an extra mile or two to help with the warranty info and being an advocate for me. I was in the hospital. The delay in getting the engine was the only issue that had nothing to do with the service. David kept in communication with my friend and me.

We bought a used Ford Edge from Dahl. They were great and worked with us throughout the process. There was a problem with a sensor when we test drove it, and they fixed it. Even though it took an extra day, they delivered the vehicle to us in Menasha.

Alec was absolutely great to work with. He was friendly and informative. His personality was not pushy and made you feel like he cared about you and not just the sale. He asked questions about your family and lifestyle to truly get a feel for what you needed your vehicle for. Working with Brandon is always great which is what keeps us coming back, I think we're on 5 or 6 vehicles now with the same group of people. Their service is unmatched.
