I brought my van in to be detailed. It was disgustingly filthy. I was actually embarrassed to drive into the service department it was that bad. I have a dog that sheds a lot and I take her with me every where I go. There was dog hair embedded in the cloth of my seats and carpeting. I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and assistance with my phone connection. I was able to get a same day appointment. My Jeep Compass was serviced in a timely and professional manner. While waiting, Aubrie carted ice cream sundaes in as a fun summer treat.

Wonderful job on my vehicle!! 4 star had my car over night. Not sure why it took so long. I dropped it off at 10am and was told it would be done by 4pm. Got a call saying took longer mold was found and that treatment took 3 hrs?? Otherwise great job. Also I was surprised they did not take me to my car or show me end results just said car is in parking lot. I thought they would go over what was done with me. 😊

I didn't buy my vehicle here but I brought it here for service for the first time. Had a recall as well as an issue with my 21 Durango popping up with Uconnect box requires service message constantly. Staff was friendly, they have a shuttle service which is great. My only issue was the Uconnect issue wasn't fixed the first time. Had a great experience at the Dahl service department! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. They got everything done quickly but still took the time to be thorough. Really appreciated the smooth service—I’ll definitely be back!
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Not only do they try to put band aids on a repair, and then pass the buck off that they weren't working on that portion of the vehicle at the time.....they are under qualified at best to even be in business. Buyers / Customers BEWARE I would NEVER consider purchasing a vehicle from here

Was having issues pin-pointing a vibration noise that seemed to be coming from the rear axle, or transmission of my 4th gen Ram..Ben in service and his team surprised me diagnosing the issue was completely something different..They ordered the parts, repaired the vehicle and had it back to me in the same work week..VERY SATISFIED..👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Overall a good experience,I felt a little pressured to buy the warranty.on my way home I noticed the car was a little dirty. Some pet hair in the trunk and crumbs is the back seat. As well as some grime around the driver seat.
I like the videos the technicians send to you via text so you see and hear them explain what is happening with your vehicle. Great tool!

I needed warranty work done on my 21 Rubicon. I mentioned to the service manager I had a leak and was leaving out of town on Friday. He got the jeep in within minutes diagnosed the issue. The service manager verified parts would be available and had it fix 2 days later. I would recommend to friends
